Goals and stages of the Biz-Planning phase
Every MVP project starts with a business evaluation phase, in which the entrepreneur asks whether the idea is worth following or a major change is needed..
The following is a description of methods and tools I frequently apply to help entrepreneurs complete the these processes.
Topics covered:
- The CANVAS Methodology
- Product Market Fit Validation
- The Financial Analysis Part
- Templates that can be used to develop the plan (COMING SOON!)
What to include in a useful plan
The business evaluation process has two major parts:
A business plan part, in which the structure of the business and its money-making potential are analyzed. In this part, the focus is on the product-market fit analysis, that needs to be validated.
A financial model, verifying the profitability of the venture.
A detailed structure of both is provided in my Templates (COMING SOON)

This includes verifying the size and severance of the problem, and the potential of the proposed solution to become a money-making service.
